Lent 2022

"Lent is a 40 day season of prayer, fasting, and almsgiving that begins on Ash Wednesday and ends at sundown on Holy Thursday. It's a period of preparation to celebrate the Lord's Resurrection at Easter. During Lent, we seek the Lord in prayer by reading Sacred Scripture; we serve by giving alms; and we practice self-control through fasting. We are called not only to abstain from luxuries during Lent, but to a true inner conversion of heart as we seek to follow Christ's will more faithfully" ("What is Lent?" - USCCB).

LENTEN FRIDAYS
March 4, 11, 18 & 25 and April 1 & 8

• Divine Mercy Chaplet following 9:00AM Mass
• Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament with Benediction from 6:30-7:00PM
• Stations of the Cross at 7:00PM

SACRAMENT OF RECONCILIATION

• Every Saturday at 3:30 - 4:30 PM (Eucharistic Adoration also offered at the same time)
• Monday-Friday at 8:40 AM
• Tuesday, April 5 at 7:00 PM: Penance Service with Individual Confessions
