Christmas 2019 Letter
Grant Fr. Ward Eternal Rest, O Lord.
In your charity, please pray for the peaceful repose of the soul of Rev. Ward P. Moore, Pastor Emeritus of St. Thomas More. Please also pray for the consolation of his family and friends during this difficult time.
Viewing: Sunday, December 22 from 4-8 PM at Stellato Funeral Home (Fairfield)
"Grant, we pray, O Lord, that the soul of Fr. Ward, your servant and Priest, whom you honored with sacred office while he lived in this world, may exult for ever in the glorious home of heaven. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen."
(from the Collect Prayer, Masses for the Dead: For A Priest)

Hope: the inspiring and uplifting hope that Christ among us represents.
Peace: both the Prince of Peace himself and the promise of peace on Earth.
Joy: the joy the shepherds received at hearing the news of Christ's birth,
or the joy that God brings into our lives.
Love: both God's boundless love for us and our love for one another.
