We pray for all our graduates and their families, especially our St. Thomas More Parish Family Members! May God grant them an abundance of blessings and His Providence as they move forward into the next chapter of their lives.   On this great day when we celebrate the incredible faith, hope, and love of our patron and his bold witness, we ask St. Thomas More’s intercession for us all.
May his example help us to truly live and practice the faith we profess, even if it means our death, for love of God and each other. May Saint Thomas More’s (and his good friend and fellow martyr, Saint John Fisher’s) prayerful help for our parish joyfully and lovingly draw us together in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. “O God, who in martyrdom have brought true faith to its highest expression, graciously grant that, strengthened through the intercession of Saints John Fisher and Thomas More, we may confirm by the witness of our life the faith we profess with our lips. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever. Amen.” (from the Collect Prayer for the Optional Memorial of Sts.
