12/9: Grandparents/Grandchildren Day

​Sunday, Dec. 9 is Grandparents and Grandchildren Day at STM. Of course, parents are invited too. For the 10AM Mass, the STM Pastoral Council is asking all grandparents to invite their grandchildren and children to come to Mass that day bringing photo albums and other materials that will allow families to share family history.

As we will hear in the Gospel of that day, “A Voice Cries out in the Wilderness.” That voice was the cousin of Jesus, John the Baptist. Our families are an important part of our lives. On this special day, we are giving families a chance to sit together and discuss their family histories and memories. Materials will be given in O’Connor Hall for the creating of family trees. Light refreshments will follow. Join us!
