2026-2027 Faith Formation Registration Grades 1-8

Family Formation will be held from October 2026 to May 2027. Each grade will have class once-a-month on a given Sunday.  Please click on the Google form below to register for the 2026-2027 Faith Formation SUNDAY Program for Grades 1-8. Payment will be required at time of registration.

The fee for tuition is as follows:
$130 for 1 student
$240 for 2 students
$300 for 3 or more students

(We are in need of volunteers to teach grades 1, 2, 7 and 8 (one session once-a-month on a Sunday) Tuition will be waived.

Sacramental Fee(s) for Students in 2nd Grade (First Holy Communion) or 8th Grade (Confirmation)
$75 for 2nd Grade (First Holy Communion Sacramental Fee)
$100 for 8th Grade (Confirmation Sacramental Fee)
