2025-2026 Faith Formation Registration Grades 1-8

Family Formation will be held from October 2025 to April 2026. Each grade will have class once-a-month  Please click on the Google form below that applies to register for the 2025-2026 Family Faith Formation Program for Grades 1-8.

The fee for tuition is as follows:

• $130 for 1 student
• $240 for 2 students
• $300 cap for 3 or more students

(We are in need of volunteers to teach grades 1 or 2 (one session once-a-month on a Sunday) or grade 7 or 8 (one session once-a-month on a Wednesday evening).  Tuition will be 'waived.
Sacramental Fee(s) for Students in 2nd Grade (First Holy Communion) or 8th Grade (Confirmation)

• $75 for 2nd Grade (First Holy Communion Sacramental Fee)
• $100 for 8th Grade (Confirmation Sacramental Fee)

Payment can be made as follows:
